        Don't say you weren't warned...

        I had to cancel a cleaning appointment first thing in the morning, so I called and left a message on their voicemail. I was charged $50 missed appointment fee because the appointment was not cancelled 24 hours in advance.



        I spent $2000 there last year. This is the type of customer appreciation and service you will receive as well. I made several attempts to get them to remove the charge, but they refused. I even contacted the BBB. A dental office so desperate to get fifty dollars is probably cutting costs on everything else too. I don't know about you, but there are too many dentists out there to have to deal with this type of extortion.
