General Info: Dr. Chris Hoffmann has been an audiologist since 2004. She formerly practiced in Lake Forest, CA for 13 years and then opened her own practice in Irvine, CA in 2018. She holds an Au.D (Doctor of Audiology) from University of Florida, a M.A. in Communicative Disorders from Cal State Long Beach, a M.S. in Physiological Sciences from UCLA, a B.S. in Biology, and a minor in Music both from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She is an active member of the American Academy of Audiology, Academy of Doctors of Audiology, and California Academy of Audiology.
