Tire World

I took my car to Tire World. The Owner replaced my radiator and thermastat my car continued to run hot. I took my car back 5 more times the car continued to run hot. He never replaced anything. He knew it was my head gasket. He mentioned the head gasket on my first visit but then stated that it was the radiator and themastat. Desperate for money he says it's one thing when it is something toally different. He also replaced my brakes at the same time he repaired my car. Guess what? I found out when my brakes pads fell out at a stop sign he hadn't replace those iether.

I contacted consumer affairs the owner Jae Ku Lee told the agent from consumer affairs that he would repair my car for the cost of the parts. She told him since he had only given me one reciept and that when I first brought my car in for repairs that he would have to check out my car and give me a reciept. He gave me a reciept which stated that he would only check out the car. The reciept had no prices on it because we had not agreed that he would repair it until I new the cost of the parts. He repaired my car and altered the reciept. I am suing him. If anyone else is having these problems please contact me at tgreen0111@yahoo.com We can file a class action lawsuit.
