Me too! So sorry I got involved with these people. Replaced my roof have not returned to finish defects and other small things. Came to sell insulation I did not need but again I bought it! I don't know where mind was. I'm reporting them everywhere I can.

Let Me Start By Saying I'm Very Disappointed! I'm Not Happy With The Work I Thought More Exterior Wood Would Be Replaced.The Workers Did Not Show up Everyday I Had To Call To See If The Workers Were Coming On a Daily Basis Also The Project Manager NEVER Called Me Back I Called To Request A Guaranty In Writing So I Will Report This Company To The Better Business Bureau!! Please Don't Use This Company And it's Overpriced.

Never use this company they insisted on me giving them my social security number when I only asked them for a quote. The salesperson hounded me for 3 days insisting that he needed my social security number to proceed with the estimate. They have only been in business for 2 years not 30. They are a bunch of crooks!

Had their guy come by to give us an estimate and he started asking many personal questions. When I got suspicious I told him I thought the questions were inappropriate and all I wanted was a roof estimate. At this point he gathers up all his stuff and leaves. When I questioned him on the status of the estimate he stated he wasn't wasting his time on me. Something stinky about there business practices. Not sure why they needed to know where I lived, worked, etc in the past. Would NOT hire this company! Should be able to rate zero stars, because that's what they deserve.

Let me start by saying I would never recommend this company to any friends neighbors let alone family members, they say that have been doing business for 30 plus years and are a professional company, but none of what came out of their mouths was professional, they pitched a sale for our roof which we so desperately needed and as pricey as it was because they are expensive my dad and I decided to do it because they said they will be redoing the whole roof, brand new wood and they said they would sand and paint the rafters I mean it sounded good the guys came peeled the roof off and stop the job next day these guys come and say that the city wont approve the permit if we don't change insulation and that was another 10 grand we had no choice and said yes but I decided to call the city and it so happens that it was not true they had nothing to do with insulation among other lies at the end of the job they didn't do what they promised I had to speak to a manager which had no choice but to fix the problem not to mention they wanted to change the rate on our payment after we had already agreed and signed a contract they also lie and say that your city has a program and its willing to help you with some cash which is was a lie just everything with them was a lie and if it wasn't because I started asking we would of been stuck with a higher payment and apr than what we already had please do your research , I am a low income family and I trusted them and now we have a hefty bill that we have to pay I wish I would have researched them sooner and I would have said NO!!!

Bunch of conartis and I am very sorry to say I fell for it. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They never come when they say they would, they make promises they can't keep. They blame each other when confronted. Julio came in like he had all the hookups and could get us whatever we wanted and then blamed everybody else when he didn't do the work he said he would. He came in promising us a kitchen in a week. He gutted our kitchen and then left us with nothing, no stove, no sink, nothing for 2 months. I have three small children. They tried to get us to sign the release of funds before they even started the project. Luckily my husband reads through everything before signing and had them take out the clause where they keep 50% of the funds if we back out of the project. Non of the contractors read the contract apparently. Because I truly believe that they thought that clause was still there, I believe that they were dragging their feet waiting for us to back out so they could take off with the material and half our money. Once my husband told them that clause wasn't there they hurried up and got the job done and didn't do a good job at that. The mangers came over to make sure we signed the release of funds and promised us a dinner for the inconvenience they put us through and never gave us the gift card. Beware, the last name they went by is New image remodeling. Beware! Beware!
