I had to take my very sick dog in to be euthanized, and I was just heart broken. We, my dog and I, we're treated with dignity and empathy. In our time of need I was grateful to be seen quickly, treated compassionately and allowed to be with my baby til I was ready to go. Thank you doesn't say enough but it's the only words I have to come close in letting you know how much the staff was appreciated. Bless you all!

I used to love this place until Dr. Veiling sold to Noah's. Since they took over down hill. I took my dog in for check up and excessive drinking. I was given a list of test they wanted to do and cost. Called my old college roommate who is a vet. His first comment was blood test for diabetes. Said ultra sound and x-rays is a common money making steps. Then took in for eye problems. Had me come back 3 times two of the times equipment for test was not working tried to charge me anyway until I threw a stink. Find an independent doctor not a big multi practice place just looking to make as much money as possible for unneeded tests.

They are very nice people that work there. They seem to care very much about your pets. I didn't feel pressured into doing procedures like some Vets can make you feel like a bad pet owner if you don't do things they suggest. I am quite pleased with this place.

My experience with Caring Hands as it has joined the Noah's family has been extremely positive! As both an employee and a client, I have the utmost respect for the Dr.'s and well-trained staff charged with the care of our community's pets. Noah's Caring Hands Animal Hospital prides itself on the education of its staff and clients so that all can be invested in the best, individualized healthcare for every pet. I am proud to be named a member of the Noah's team as it strives to serve its clients with empathy and professionalism.

As a long-time client who experienced the transition in ownership, I was nervous about what Noah's meant to the Caring Hands I had come to trust with the care of my furry friends. Imagine how pleasantly surprised I've been to find that the new Noah's Caring Hands Animal Hospital has the same invested attitude and numerous new services to offer! As any clinic, they are not without their small mistakes from time to time, but I have been completely floored by the way they have gone above and beyond to make me feel secure in the care they give to my pets and set right any mistake, however small, that might be made. The staff has been welcoming and my pets are actually excited when we pull in for grooming or boarding or an appointment. I was afraid of big business and what I found was a bigger family of caring, competent staff willing to do what it takes to make my experience exceptional!

Good News! Caring Hands is under new ownership and is now a member of the Noah's family of hospitals. Our healthcare team lives by the creed that the needs of the pet and the pet's family come first. Our Mission is to provide competent and compassionate health care for pets, and a warm, memorable experience for their human families. Our Dream is that Noah's will be known and loved by our community, our clients and our employees because of the richness of our core values and our dedication to living them.

Overall
uncaring and incompetent, only out for the money, rude,

While out walking my dog early one morning I came upon a stray young labrador retriever who had obviously been on her own for awhile. Her ears were red and infected, missing spots of hair suggested mange, skinny due to malnutrion, dirty, etc. Since they were only about two blocks from my home I took her up there to get checked out and treated (my own vet was out of town and another vet was covering for emergencies) and see if they had openings for boarding while I attempted to find her owner. I literally had to beg them to treat her (and they weren't wild about doing that until they saw I had a credit card!) and they refused to board her even though I offered to pay a week upfront to allay their fears. Long story short, they gave her an antibiotic that darn near stopped her breathing, a doseage of worm medicine for a dog that weighed twice as much, and treated her and I like we were so much trash off the street. Mercifully my vet returned two days later and I could get her proper care.
