        On January 18th, I scheduled to get my carpets cleaned for Feb 6th, he even asked if I preferred morning or afternoon to which I replied morning. I figured that I had it booked. On January 31st he send me a message asking me if I would like to schedule an appt. because we never confirmed. He just never replied to my last message where I stated that I preferred morning. Before then I even asked if he could stop by my house and give me an accurate quote to which he wouldn't and would only give me a quote, accurate or not, through text. Very unprofessional.

        Indianapolis CONSUMER ALERT: DO NOT USE HUTCHPRO carpet cleaners. They are higher than most, will nickel and dime you to death and get mad and storm off if you in the middle of the job if you bring it up.

        I have used Hutchpro for the past year for several of my rental properties and have always been very happy with his service. Recently I had a vacancy and was told by my contractor that I needed to replace the carpets. I wanted to see if Hutchpro could save my carpets and he did! Calling Hutchpro saved me 2200!         THis is my second time using HutchPro and just like the first time his service was awesome. He is very friendly, timely and my carpet looks brand new. His prices beat every body I have called and he does a much better job. I recommended him to everybody when he cleaned my carpet the first and will still highly recommend him.
