The park is great and the owners are wonderful people however the employees are a bunch of drunks. Nothing gets taken care of in a timely manner we have had a massive water leak since november that is still pouring.

This mobile home park is in a great location, close to the track here in Indy, close to downtown, and close to I-70. Very good management team that cares about the property.

This park is a great family park. It is well established with many tree shaded lots. It is close to shopping and the Interstate, but not all the traffic. 10 min. to downtown and IUPUI. The park has rental homes with one and two bedrooms. They also have homes for sale with low down payments and easy financing.
