Collision Solutions

In September of 2007 I had an accident in which my insurance referred me to Collision solution. They were at the time a preferred business, so when they called me to pick up my car (2003 Mustang) the first thing I noticed was the dent still in the front of the car. At this point it had already been about 3 days.so another day and they called me again, I took it home only to find where they had set some kind of chemical on the spoiler and left a stain. I took it back and they buffed it out. 9 months later, the scoop on the hood that they replaced, is coming loose. When I went to have them look at it, Doug automatically told me that I had damaged it. I called my insurance agent and she called him also. He told her the same thing. The scoop had not been damaged, maybe mikes car wash max of 3 times since I got it back....I usually wash my car at home or a brushless car wash. I am very particular about it. As it turns out, Collision solutions is NOT preferred by Allstate anymore.
