TruGreen Lawn Care

Trugreen knows less about grass/plants than I do. In the latest incident, I called to let them know to tell the specialists I replaced my Bermuda with Zoysia sod and to treat it accordingly. The specialists never got the message and could not tell the difference between the grasses. He treated new sod with weed emergent, which damages roots if the sod is not rooted. He then DROVE a MACHINE through my brand new, soggy sod and destroyed part of my new yard and created a mud pit. Parts of the grass also turned orange from a chemical burn. I gave them a full day (Wed) to get back with us and fix it. Thur morning I contacted the branch manager and left a voicemail. No one called back (now 6 days later). On Thu I also contacted Trugreen through their main FB page and website. No response. The next Mon I called to cancel my service and was convinced to give it one more day because she talked to the local manager who was going to call me that day and come to my yard. Never called.

I have enjoyed the services of True Green now for a little over two years now. Any concerns have always been addressed promptly.

The results are giving me a nice lawn..I am not often home when the service man comes, but when I do meet one they are very nice. In addition, the people I speak to on the phone are friendly and helpful.

Have been satisfied with our service with TruGreen. We have recommended your service to our Son when he purchased a home this year and he also is satisfied. The servicemen who come are very nice and do their job in a professional manner. Would recommend your company to anyone.

This TruGreen visit was timely with respect to preparing the lawn for winter. Our specialist is always friendly and leaves detailed information about what he did and why. We continue to be pleased by TruGreen's service, both scheduled as part of an annual plan, and incidental whenever a problem might arise.

The services are done on the proper schedule. The service gentleman doing the service knocks on the door to let us know he is there and again when he leaves. Any areas of concern are brought to my attention. The service is done professionally. I would recommend TRUGREEN service to any family, that cares about lawn and home pest treatments.

As always we received great service from Trugreen service technicians. They always knock on the door to ck with us first. If we are not at home they treat our lawn or shrubs as scheduled and leave our receipt on the door. It's nice that they explain to us on the receipt what they did & any instructions for us. Great service.

Your service is very good. It's all about the grass and the weeds and on both counts you're doing rather well. Before I used your service I used to get quite a few weeds, but not anymore. My grass is becoming thicker and greener since we begun your service and the lawn truly stands out in our neighborhood. I'm proud to tell folks that I'm using TruGreen and that's why I have such a healthy looking lawn. Thank you.

They were unable to prevent/control weeds in my lawn. I spent much of the summer pulling weeds every dang day filling many garbage bags. In my opinion, their pre-emergent and their aeration/seeding treatments were both ineffective and a waste of our money. After a year of their service, we ended up with more weeds and some new ones that we never saw before. I had better results doing my own lawn care. The only positive thing I can say about them is that their fertilizer treatments did seem to help a few sections of the lawn.

They keep my yard looking great. When weeds appear they treat for no charge. The service reps. are always courteous.

positive and polite was the gentlemen who came to the door, answered all questions with knowledge, made me feel as if i was getting value for what was paid for

TRUGREEN provides a great service. My yard looks very good. There are a couple of very small areas in the yard where wild is found in the yard, but, it's very limited. Overall, great product and customer service.

The service technician was very polite and spoke with me personally on the condition of my lawn, what he did, and what I needed to do as a follow-up treatment. Great customer service!

The lawn is green and looks good. The specialist is always on time and very friendly. Very professional. He listens if we have any concerns. Good Job.

I have received numerous compliments on our lawn. However, I have decided to cancel the tree and scrub service as I have had issues that have not been resolved in the past 20 months or so. I will handle these myself.

Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from TruGreen as possible....unless you want your brand new sod lawn destroyed. It's been an 8 month nightmare.

TRUGREEN took my money for a year and then admitted the guy on the route was not doing his job. They offered a discount for the next year???? Hello, if I paid for a year I did not get, why not in good faith give me a year? Then to top it off, I clearly have a posted sign that says "NO SOLICITATIONS" but yet I get flyers on my door (6 inches from the sign) and there is a sign at the entrance to our community saying the same thing. Go steal someone else's money, leave me alone!
