Imperial Refrigeration

Have 1 A/C unit over my restaurant. Called them for preventative maintenance. I approved a quote of $275.00 for a complete service. Next day was hot and customers wee complaining. Property management by chance was there for something unrelated and offered to inspect unit. Replacement filter was wrong size and folded / crushed into place. Outside coil was dirty and clogged. Main problem was coil inside my unit was completely packed with dust so no air could come through.Reviewed security camera to find all he had done was force wrong size cheap filter in unit and blow some air through outside coil. He finished up with a 45 min cell phone call and urinated on my neighbors A/C. He cashed check within 1 hr of leaving.
