I have never seen any product on sale or regular price to be sold out or just out of stock. Unlike other Beauty Supply Chains... won't be name dropping. . Lol. . Customer service has been great sometime I've had to wait for a few minutes due to the employees being busy helping other customers, so I don't consider that a reason to take a star away from my rating. Also they have the best supply of wigs and extensions in all colors and lengths and styles. I recommend that you go take a look around you won't be disappointed and the assistants are knowledgeable of the products.
