We went for Lunch wanting a place that caught your eye from the curb. We decided to go there since it was clean and their food didn't look like it needed fleshing. They have a coconut pie desert that many people just go for". The service was excellent and still friendly without being stuffy. The pricing when we received the bill I felt was a bit high for the area. I believe this is a special hideaway. And be comfortable.

Was surprised to find this gourmet restaurant hidden away in the Houston Heights that served delicious, unusual entres at reasonable prices.

This New York bistro style restaurant has good service, good food and an excellent wine list to choose from. It has a full bar as well. Dishes are between an entree and an appetizer in size and the menu offers items for the budget conscious. For weekend evenings make a reservation, even if it's for two people or you'll probably tag on at least two drinks or another bottle before your dinner.
