Same Day Appliance Repair Houston

Do not under any circumstances use this company. It's taken them three visits over a month period and my appliance is still broken. I talked to the owner about sending out the boss of my incompetent, lying, rude technician and that can't be done. The only way my appliance can get fixed is if I allow this guy back in my house and it's not happening. I've already spent well over $1000 with them and for them to not honor my request of sending out someone else is absurd.

I called this company in desperate need of a fridge repair... I had just bought groceries a day before and I was fearing that if it was unrepairable, and I'd loose all of $300+ worth of food.. I called in around 7:30am and had someone in my home at 9am. The technician was very thorough and really knew what he was doing. My fridge was up and running within the hour and my family's food is SAVED! I am sooooo glad I found this company and will definitely use their services again. Thanks guys! This company absolutely marvelous! Everyone from the young ladies taking the calls, to the servicemen who arrive at your home, are just absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, efficient and affordable.
