R & B Mechanical

My a/c went out on the hottest weekend of the summer. I have a home owner warranty and they sent R&B out for the repair. Things weren't exactly smooth, but the people at this company were really great and made things much easier. Thanks Ron for all your help and Thanks Stephanie for answering all my questions!

Currently waiting for tech to show up been waiting 5 hours and 3 days in aug is houston because i was told that they don't consider 3 days with a temperature over 100 degrees to be an emergency. This is actually a recall two weeks ago the saem company proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with my unit. Totallly discourteous their office staff completely rude adn told me to quit calling to inquire when the tech would be here or she would remove me from the work list that day! interestign that a service based company has no qualms about holding a customer hostage we will see what the latest answer is when and if technican shows up more to follow but definitely do not use this company ever!!!!!!!!!
