Nextday Satellite

On 08/24/2006 I purchased from Next Day Satelite a connection to Hughes Internet by satelite. This was installed by Shifton Baker on Sunday 08/26/2006. Shifton did a great job including changing the direction to another satelite because of trees. Not only was everything done as this company said it would, but it was done on a very timely basis.

This is sure a change from my last company, where I tried for two weeks to get my connection fixed.

Next Day Satellite is great! They Saved the day for me. I started out by calling DirectTV to come to my house and install a new line to the master bedroom because my wife is having knee replacement surgery and will be stuck there for a couple of weeks. The earliest Direct TV could send someone was over 2 weeks out so I went online looking for someone to help me out immediately.



I called Next Day and talked directly to Anthony and told him of my situation. He was great! Two days later they showed up and did everything. The yjust finished the installation at my house including a flat screen wall mount in our bathroom.



August in Houston and working in attics is tough duty and these guys were great! They did everything I wanted and were quite professional and really friendly.



I will tell my friends and recommend them highly!

We recently moved our offices, had notified all the utility companies and our satellite provider 2 weeks before the planned move. About 12 hours before the move our other internet provider advised they did not provide service in Spring ... so sorry for your tough luck!!! Now in a panic (we do most of our business online) I called Next Day Satellite at about 2 pm and spoke with Anthony ... within a couple of hours their tech was at our new location ... when we moved the next afternoon we were up and on line ... they live up to their name Next Day Satellite. EVERYONE I have spoken with has been knowledgeable, professional and this company is one that means what they say ... you need internet FAST call this company!!!
