The owner is unprofessional in terms of managing the cleaning crew. Arrives late to give instructions and does not return to ensure the work is complete.

i was painting a house they cleaned and was working on my truck which had broken down on the job and one of their workers which i was told was the owners husband stole a couple of my tools while i was putting things away. He had kept coming over to see what i was doing and when i came back from the back of the truck he had gone and some tools were'nt there. unfortunately there are imigrants out there that don't appreciate the american people.

The first (and only) time I had them clean the house, the maids skipped areas that were supposed to be cleaned, then lied to me when I asked if they had done them. When I complained to the owner, she defended them saying perhaps they didn't understand what they were supposed to do! The maids also blamed ME for dirtying the area after they claimed to have cleaned it. Unbelievable!
