Klean Kats

It's kind of sad to say that I'm happy to see this place already has a one-star review! I bought a house cleaning with Klean Kats through the Houston Press' Deal of the Day. I called two weeks ago for a cleaning today. I took a day off (because I wanted to be here for it) and sent my pups to doggie daycare (an additional expense.) They were supposed to be here at 10am. Here was my day:

10:30 Called. They said they would try to get a hold of their crew.

12pm. They said they couldn't get their employee on the phone.

1pm. They said they still couldn't contact their employee but would have the owner call me.

1:30 Spoke with a new girl. She said she would call me back.

2pm. They stopped answering my calls.

2:30 Still no answer, left a voice mail.

3pm Still no answer. No voice mail

3:45 Still no answer. Left message to cancel service.

DO NOT USE KLEAN KATS! I could understand one bad review, but here are several reviews with similar complaints. That speaks volumes about this company!

If you are looking for a reliable cleaning company, my advice would be to look anywhere other than Klean Kats. I called on Monday Oct 3rd and schedule an apt for Thurs Oct 6th. When the cleaning person was 15 min late, i called, and they said that they made a mistake and didnt schedule anybody to come out. I told them that I had a people coming in town for the weekend and needed to have service. I was told that nobody available today but maybe Friday. Ive called 3 times allready today Fri Oct 7th and have not received a response. Good luck using this unreliable and unprofessional service. Klean Kats BOOOOOO!!!!

Was researching houstons maid services, and came across Klean Kats. They are highly rated. They showed up on time which was very impressive, and were thorough in cleaning my apartment. Will be hiring Klean Kats again in the near future.
