Worst car care service there is! Thieves is what they are. They robbed me of 291.00 the first 3 days then another 346.00 for the next 3 days. The day I got my car back, it was in WORSE shape than when I brought it in. I had to drive it straight to the dealership the moment I left integrity auto! The dealership said they did not even use electrical grease when replacing parts, and they used the "cheapest" parts that can possibly be used, almost "below standard" grade. They also left a huge grease stain on my passenger seat that will not come out! Do not trust integrity auto, they are dishonest and will CHEAT you!!!

My wife was run off the road by a texting driver destroying two factory aluminum wheels and tires. Discount Tire recommended this shop to for her aligned. She came home without the alignment sheet, told me "Joe" was going to email it. It never happened.

I took the car to the dealer. There I met with the body shop manager and the insurance claims adjuster from her carrier. There was $1266+ worth of damage to the car's suspension. It could not have been properly aligned with this damage.

I went to the shop to ask for a refund.

I asked for "Joe". the man at the counter asked if I was from law enforcement or an attorney before he would answer. I told him I was neither. He admitted that he was "Joe".

He said the car was aligned and he would not refund my money. He showed me a picture of an "alignment report" for a car on his cell phone as "proof" It was for only the front end. Her car requires a four wheel alignment.

The only "integrity" at this shop is on its sign!

Horrible. Took my car in for a noise. They totally misdiagnosed it as the differential when the noise was actually coming from the transmission. When they decided I needed to completely overhaul my rear end, I decided to take it elsewhere.



When it came to the bill, the owner told me I would be charged for the inspection, the fluid and the gasket, which I was fine with. Upon picking up the car, they charged me an extra $70 in labor just to seal up the differential, which I was never told about. I also asked that they use a cheaper fluid, but they went with a $25/bottle fluid and charged me for 3 bottles when my differential holds less than 2. They refunded one bottle.



On top of all this, I had to run them down to get a quote. They were also supposed to send me pictures of the differential as I was unable to go look at it in person. Never received any. Joe, the manager, is a nice guy, but it seems like they need to slow down a little and get organized.

I had issues with my secondary car, Nissan sentra, and they did a superb job fixing the issue. Being that this was not my primary vehicle I was not in a hurry to fix it, but wanted the work done. Integrity allowed me to request the work to be done and pay on it as I could while they kept my vehicle secured. They were honest about my car situation and did not request more than needed to get repaired. They diagnosed appropriately, quoted me the price, and their work comes with a warranty. They are a nice group of mechanics who work with honesty. That is something you don't find nowadays in that field. I don't live in that area but would not mind the drive to drop off any of my vehicles needing repair. I would recommend Integrity to anyone needing car care seeking genuine mechanics with fair pricing.

Stay away from this place. Bad service. Always charges more than they tell you. Just crooks.

There is a sign on the Westheimer that says $19.95 Oil Chage WOW

Ok so I go inside and the actual drive out price is $31.95. The $19.95

is for the oil change only, not for the oil filter, disposal fee etc.

I think that is VERY Deceptive Advertising!
