        POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ICLUDING AND THE AGENT.

        ALWAYS HAVE BAD ATTITUDES. AND THEY HANG UP ON YOU EVEN IF YOU ARE STILL TALKING. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
