Empire Collision

This people are total scammers, they trick vehicle owners if the car was in an accident, they call and tell them the insurance company authorized them to pick up the car, they show up at the house, make them sign a paper, steal the car and charge the insurance thousands of dollars in fees. I'm a claims adjuster and I've seen at least 100 cases like this with Empire Collision. they do the same with storage yards, they pay a few bucks to the clerk, and the clerk calls the owner of the vehicle to come and sign some paperwork because the insurance company told them to move the car there, "of course a total lie because there is not such a thing. TOTAL FRAUD..

Not sure of what to rate them yet; I was in an accident on Friday 9/17/16 even though I called my insurance company & they had a tow truck en route the Police came and said that my vehicle had to be towed immediately & that I couldn't wait for my own insurance company's tow truck so they called their tow truck to tow me. They towed my vehicle to B&B Main Street Auto Storage at 129999 Main Street Houston TX The following Monday the insurance company called me & said that I needed to go to the B&B Storage facility to sign documents to release my auto to be picked up and moved to the repair facility that they had designated. When I arrived at B&B Main Street storage the representative pretty much pressured me into changing my collision repair facility to Empire Collision Repair Center. I had to agree because I did not want to pay any storage fees for the storage of my vehicle; Now after reading the reviews I am very afraid of the "quality of the work" that will be done and the "length of time" it will take. I will update this post as work continues thru the final outcome...

Update:
10/19/16 Pickup date has come and gone, my Insurance company's written estimate quoted a 20 day repair time and my insurance rented me a car for the 20 days. I called Empire on day 19 to get a update & status of the repairs and when I could come and pickup my vehicle..... 4 days later I am still waiting and it appears that my vehicle is still not ready... More updates to follow..

This body shop is AMAZING!! They are so caring and they do what needs to be done to get you in and out in a timely manner. Coreigh and Mary are amazing at what they do and they truly have your best interest at heart. I recommend them to everyone. Thanks empire for everything!

DON'T GO HERE, THEY ARE A TOW TRUCK COMPANY, THAT PARADES AS A BODY AHOP AND A STORAGE YARD. THEY GET YOUR CAR FROM AN ACCIDENT THEN IF U WANT TO MOVE IT THEN BE PREPARED TO ARGUE WITH THE BIG GUY THAT WORKS THERE BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO LET A CASH COW LIKE AN INSURANCE CLAIM WALK OUT THE DOOR. BUT IF U STICK TO YOUR GUNS BE READY TO GET 450 bucks SUCKED OUT OFYOUR POCKET. CHECK THE BBB ABOUT THIS PLACE AND BEWARE PRECISION TOWING AS THEY BAIT YOU INTO BRINGING YOUR CAR THERE WITHOUT TELLING YOU THAT THEY ARE OWNED BY THE SAME GUY WHO OWNS EMPIRE COLLISION. BE A INFORMED CONSUMER IF THIS COMPANY TOWS YOUR CAR DON'T LET THE DRIVER TALK TO YOU ABOUT THIS SHOP IT IS ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO DO SO.

I HAVE BEEN A EMPIRE CUTOMER MORE THAN ONCE AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENED TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I CAN ALWAYS GO TO THE SHOP AND FEEL LIKE FAMILY. IF YOU ARE DEBATING ,JUST STOP BY AND SEE HOW YOU ARE GREETED.
