Dr. Nurudeen is awesome. Her chair side manner is great and kept me calm throughout the whole IVF procedure. Loved the front desk staff Bailey who is a lot better then the previous front desk. The nurses Tiffany and Kristi were always willing to jump in draw blood to help with patient flow.

Every office we have visted have always had pleasant people that make it a great experience. through good times and bad every person we have come in contact with has been great.

One thing I can truly say is no matter what the problem was the staff was always there. When I would call or come in crying they knew how to calm me and made us feel safe to express concerns. I absolutely adore the entire staff. They found the best treatment for us and it worked. Love y'all more than you will ever know.

Staff is phenomenal, friendly, warm, extra accommodating and understanding of the stress associated with the infertility process. Dr. Nurudeen is an equally phenomenal physician, providing excellent descriptions of the process, my diagnosis, the techniques we would be using during the infertility process, and clarifying misinformation I had been given my other REIs. Would recommend the practice 100 times over.

Everything was wonderful. Everything was explained clearly and any concerns were addressed. The patient portal was great for hearing results and next steps from the office but sometimes was hard to navigate.

Everyone was very attentive and considerate to my needs as an individual. I did many transfers here and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Nurudeen and other staff are great at explaining things and very flexible with scheduling. We got two pregnancies on the first tries so definitely cannot complain about results! Everything is very efficient, patient friendly, and I am very happy I came here. A few bumps with financial planning and getting insurance issues resolved but otherwise was a great experience.

Throughout the process the team did a good job communicating with me every step of the way. This was very important to me. Dr Nurudeen was very professional and personable and when the cycles did not work the first 2 times, we always had a plan and a different approach to try. I would definitely use this facility again.

I would recommend HFI to anybody struggling with fertility issues. The staff and providers are always open to discussions and have great dialogue. Everybody is always so understanding and patient, which is awesome especially when you are incredibly hormonal.

Everyone was very professional. It was great how fast the nurses gets back to you regarding any questions. Dr. Nurudeen was great! This was my first experience with IVF and she explained the process very well. I will definitely be back when my Husband and I are ready for our next child.
