Children's Lighthouse of Houston - Copperfield

at first I was happy it seemed like such good place but as time went on I discovered id made a mistake. The staff was very disrespecting towards me. Not only the classroom techers but also the front office with the exception of one lady, I believe she was hispanic. But the director..completely clueless and very fake. While dropping/picking up my kid I often witnessed staff on their cell phones, talking across the hall from doorway to doorway. Activities were often canceled which really upset me because there's fees for EVERYTHING! they always tried to replace the scheduled activity with something cheaper and less fun for the kids. Do not bring your child here unless all you want is a warm body standing around the classroom watching your kid do nothing. And if u think I'm exaggerating I'm not...they have cameras so you can see online what your child is doing I swear my kid spent half a day sitting at the table. We left and they had the nerve to argue with us about getting our money back for the rest of the week our kid would not be there. Ridiculous!
