Moving You 4 Less

This was the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I have ever had. The customer service staff (if you can ever get through to anyone) is defensive and rude, and management is even worse. No transparency, lost and damaged items, and unorganized staff.

After calling to find out when my items would be delivered (because no one would reach out to me even though I submitted my requested delivery date) I was told that my items would arrive Monday or Tuesday. I waited at home both Monday and Tuesday. When I called on Tuesday, I was told it would arrive Wednesday. I cancelled my plans for Wednesday. When I called Wednesday, I was told my items would arrive Thursday. Thursday morning, I was told Friday. Finally, Thursday at 6pm, I received a call (the first time anyone at this company has ever reached out to me) telling me my things would be delivered in 2 hours. When I shared my frustration, and reminded them of their policy of giving one days notice before delivery, the manager, Megan, told me that I should be grateful to have my items delivered at all. After politely expressing my warranted frustration with the experience as a whole, Megan said she didn't have the time to talk with me, and pushed me off the phone. Never once did anyone apologize.

When my items arrived, things were missing and several of my goods were broken. I am still trying to resolve this issue.

Don't be fooled- this company does not care about your move. I felt as if my things were being held hostage, and I spent my first week in my new place waiting at home for a delivery that was never scheduled. Your voicemails will go unanswered, any questions you have will be dismissed, and you will have to wait at the mercy of this company for your things to be delivered, potentially having less than a 2 hour notice. I would have rather moved my things myself.
