One Stop

Went here to get water pump replaced. Was quoted $280. When I mentioned my extended warranty, Manuel said ok, he would submit it. My deductible was $200. He called me back after the work was done, to sign paperwork for warranty company. Price had gone up to $376+. He told me it had nothing to do with me, when I questioned it. Said warranty Co. gave him those #s...so they asked you to charge them more?...right. I said I needed to call them, so he said he was cancelling my claim & i'd have to pay the $280. I said ok, & he got on phone pretending to call them, only I was truly calling them & asked about his quote. He lied about #s & never cancelled. I ended up paying the $280 & asked for owner's name & #, both of which he refused. I'm not letting this go, it's the principle of it all. & I will find the owner of this establishment. He still never cancelled the warranty, to get paid twice, & car is riding rough after this repair, but I don't want to take it back there.
