Male Kwiki Taxi driver was like a used car salesman with the usual pitch, fast, smooth and slippery--liar. Says he passed by the doctor's office in the front--where we were waiting--as we watched his cab car on the highway with the parking lot that separated us from him. Talking into my cph, I wondered how long did his wooden nose grow.

He told us to wait 45 minutes as he was on his way to another fare that he'd being already scheduled for as his next pick up. Apparently, they had overbooked their fares, trying to squeeze as many passengers in one cab-run. This kinda s**t happened with my Haole neighbor too. Though my incident happened in 30APR16, my neighbor experienced a similar situation last week.

Lying to this Native Hawaiian was pilau. I cannot speak for my neighbor, let alone, anybody else but this driver is not anti-Hawaiian, he is just anti-People.

I'm writing to the State of Hawaii Department of Commerce & Consumer Affairs, Business Registration Division to file an indiscriminate and irregular business practices complaint, as well as, with the BBB. Hope others will read this and do the same, so either they cutout this B**L S**T or the State will cut up their business license.

As a result, my neighbor and I now call Ace 1 Taxi, and if they are busy, we call Daniel's Taxi. Ace 1 Taxi have people-friendly drivers and they are the most dependable COUPON/CASH/CREDIT CARD accepting CAB COMPANY In the Greater Hilo area.

You inference a dispatcher, whereas, I implied a driver. Aue, nou ho'i! I'm holding the letters from the aforementioned etal; to city council members and local organizations until the first week of November. Again, to you girl who answers calls as a dispatcher and you guy driver who I spoke directly to as we saw you drive away saying to me what you said that morning, though it was denied, I still have your direct cph# on my cph log for that day to prove that the FUNny ends, but begins again with me lol because"My Friends" membership has more than doubled in one (1) day. MAHALO

On Sunday August 6th I required a ride from the Hilo Medical Center to my home. The hospital released me with 15 to 20 minutes until the taxi was to be there. I waited for more than 2 1/2 hours for the cab. The cab was in very poor condition and rattled so loud I could not hear my cell phone conversation. While in the cab I dropped my heart rate monitor and didn't notice that I had done so. When I called Ohana ride they called the cab service and the person who answered denied finding it.. I have tried repeatedly to call the cab service and they do not answer their phone. I would never use this taxi service again and do not recommend that you do so either. I plan to file a complaint with the D.O.T. on this matter.
