        Knowledgeable at last!!

        My husband and I own an relic of a hot tub that was with the house when we bought it last year. We went through three different service companies in the area that were either unwilling or unable to fix our problem. One guy literally spent an hour just looking at the controls before declaring the whole thing unworkable and suggesting we buy a new control pack for over $1000!



        Then we found Tim at Pool Harmony through a neighbor's recommendation. We called Tuesday. On Wednesday he came out, found the problem in under 10 minutes (a $15 part!), and ordered the necessary part. On Friday he had the new part in hand and fixed the tub. He also took the time to give us a full overview of our equipment and chemicals, and I don't think he stopped smiling at any point during the entire process!



        An absolute pleasure to deal with!!!
