Working with Mark is like working with a friend. We have been with Mark through multiple homes and cars, about 15 years I guess. He has helped us change policies several times as insurance companies raised rates on the homes or one of the vehicles beyond normal (didn't want to insure our 4.0 student, for example). He has always been responsive to calls and has developed a personal relationship with us and his other customers.
