VIP Quick Car Wash & Lube

We have had a few horrible experiences at this car wash. Details I will spare you with. Family has been faithful patrons for over 2 years. Referred many neighbors and friends in the past before we caught onto how they do business. They give you a quote for detail work and then raise it later to get their job done. Furthermore, they do a terrible job at it. Door jambs remain dirty, paint remains rough after it has been waxed, carpets not cleaned thoroughly, etc. Management works together with detail dept employees to up sell more services that are not needed and pressure the customer. Employees argue with the customer and Management supports them. Just when things can't get worse, you request to talk with the business owner and Management says they can't give out that information. Customer service is very poor. Never going back to this car wash again. Was surprised to see all the bad reviews on the internet on them. Don't risk getting ripped off or your vehicle coming back damaged.

I have lived up in the high desert for 8 years now hoping a decent car wash that actuallly cared about the consumer would open here it is. These guys hand wash the entire car and have some of the best customer service ive come across in a long time. ive also had my oil changed here and have done a suberb job. The guys actually do not use a computer to tell them what your car needs they check everything by hand and eyes and show you thiungs that need attention and even have a full time auto mechanic on the premises to fix or repair the problem if wanted. these guys have a customer for life. This place is definately the Best car wash in hesperia,victorville, or even in all the high desert.
