        My husband and I were so dissapointed in their food. Way over priced for crap . The service was great , sad that food wasn't . We will never return .

        Have you tried the Alfredo Fettucini? You are in for a treat! This place is a favorite of mine because it has history, 26 years in the High Desert says something for the ol' Italian! True flavor, rich sauces and very large portions are served all the time! How about this...the owner greets you when you come in and thanks you for coming in when you are leaving! The service is outstanding! All of the servers are my favorites! Going in to Hesperia from the freeway and accessing the restaurant just off of Main Street and Third is the best way to get there. It's easy to find from Hesperia Road: right on Yucca (coming in from Bear Valley Rd.) and two blocks and you're there! Manja-Manja!

        Poor customer relations

        My friend and I went here for the first time last night (Saturday) thanks to some gift certificates we got when we donated some time to a charity. The gift certs were for $20.00 each. We were seated and ordered drinks. When the server returned with our drinks, we had the certificates lying on the table. She told us she could only take one. If my friend and I were a couple or part of a big family group, I could see not honoring both, but as were two individuals there for the first time, the owner was getting an opportunity to build his customer base. The server checked with the owner who told her he would not honor both, so we left. We offered to pay for the drinks we had not touched, but they said not to worry about it.



        I think they need to worry. The owner apparently has no business savvy at all. He is out far more than the $20. he will write off his taxes anyway. He has lost any goodwill, word of mouth and future business from us.



        We went to Juliano's on Hesperia Road instead and had a delicious meal with wonderfully courteous service. I will be recommending Julianno's to everyone I know and never return to or recommend the Italian Kitchen.
