JDR Towing

Parked in a friend's reserved apartment complex spot. JDR Towing came and took my car within 30 minutes (8 pm) of parking. They had no authorization to tow based upon am in a reserved spot, with permission, and JDR Towing did not get authorization from apartment management. When faced with the facts - JDR towing changed the time of towing to 12:15 am and stated due to a 'sweep'. Not one other car was towed that night. Have a witnesses of time of towing and JDR Towing told the parking spot owner and apartment management the time was 8 pm Essentially, they falsified information. Unethical business!
