This firm is not who them claim to be. A flat fee of 3500 was paid to them for probate. They didn't even finish the case and the total is 3700 hundred dollars. I reported them to the bar and being that he had to respond he charged us over a thousand dollars. Taylor Simpson told me about a case in depth about an elderly client whom he was accused of over charging. I am trying to track the couple down so they can file a breach of contract. As a lawyer you take an oath to never reveal past clients info. They even charged for a free consultation. So this law firm is not honest. The money they took was from a stage 4 lung cancer whom has less then a year to live. I have only 500 dollars in my checking. I had to apply for food stamps so i can help my mother eat. They are ruthless even to families whom are low income and going through the toughest times in their lives. Zero empathy for those who have very little time to live. This is beyond unethical and i have to report them to the state bar again. Mr. Simpson in my opinion is not looking out for his clients just how fast can he be done with one client and move on to the next along with taking your money. He also does not like to be challenged by clients. I dont even remember signing a contract with this firm. I was so distraught when giving them the check. This case revolves around my deceased brother's estate. He makes Sterling Kerr law firm look shameful. Although Mr. Kerr is aware of his behavior and has kept him on. I need all the help i can get to make this case stronger. It is time this law firm stops taking from others.

Several years ago I found myself in need of an Attorney. I was recommended to Sterling Kerr by a friend. I am so thankful to have met him and the staff at his firm. He has helped us in many ways since then and also helped other friends and family members. I would recommend his firm without hesitation.

Sterling Kerr and his staff were by my family's side at our darkest time. We had had all our accounts and money frozen by an unethical debt collector. Sterlings office staff was hugely helpful and understanding. They worked diligently to fix our problem and help us in less than 48 hours. He was a miracle worker. since then we have used this firm for multiple cases which have all had successful outcomes. I can honestly say Sterling Kerr is the most ethical, honest attorney I could ask for. I thought honest Attorneys did not think exist. I highly recommend Sterling Kerr.

Sterling Kerr stole money from the trust account. I paid him an upfront flat fee for work. He did the work but then held the money and refused to give it back. Sterling doesn't return calls or emails and calls you when he feels like it. I highly recommend not using this firm.

I'm so glad that Sterling was my lawyer. He definitely knew what he was doing; I could tell that he has had plenty of experience in his field. In turn, this made me comfortable knowing that

I was getting the best bang for my buck. Sterling and his staff were all so nice and accommodating to me. I can't wait to use his services again!

This law firm took our money and didn't do the work it promised. They never email back, call or inform you of the status of the work they do.

I am extremely disappoint with Sterling Kerr and his law firm as I retained him as our attorney and he was nice and seemed knowledgeable and always returned phone calls and seemed like he would really work the law suit. We even came up with a reasonable agreement and contract we both signed and paid him what was due. Now a couple years later nothing has happened; he didn't work on the case to push it through the court and he won't follow through on the contract and wants to change the agreement to get paid more. Very poor customer service and business practices.
