Cold Stone Creamery

I came in first time to this store realizing a girl near the cake fridge was looking and so I came up to the counter realizing the dark hair staff employee was helping a couple so I stood in line waiting; then the cake girl comes up standing in line behind me. The dark hair employee (working alone) did NOT acknowledge me at all standing there next in line till the cake girl came up behind me. I asked her if she was before me but she was kind and didn't say so I stood there till the dark hair employee spoke to her to help her next. She could have said something about her being there before me but she NEVER did say anything to me like I did NOT exist standing in line. What kind of business serves to the public if he or she is going to act that way even my first time there?
