SERIOUS concerning the general manager on duty on 11/20/2016 @ 10-11am, I believe his name was Ricky.

Long story long.

My fiance and I were this close to purchasing a vehicle from salesman Kevin. We were LIED to by finance lady Shawna, which led to our leaving of the office without purchasing the vehicle on 11/19/2016.

We tried taking this up with the general manager Ricky on this issue this morning and he made me and my fiance uncomfortable as he was practically attacking us verbally. I felt disrespected as a customer and a woman because his verbiage was extremely sexist.
At one point in the conversation my fiance told him not to talk to me the way he was and he responded with : "OR WHAT" .... "What are you going to do"?
Really? Is that how you treat and talk to your customers who you are trying to sell a vehicle to?
When I responded with "WOW" Ricky came back with "Don't give me that".
I am so beside myself right now I cannot believe that is how you guys do business around there.
I was not made felt like I was a valued customer. Ricky made me feel like I was in the wrong for even being upset that his employee lied to my face while trying to swindle money out of my pocket.....
Although the deal they offered to my fiance for the car was getting better...
At this point,
I dont feel comfortable buying a car from someone who treats customers like that.
Ricky was not interested in making it right with me at all and wasn't interested in making me happy.
I would like this to be brought up to someone OTHER than him because the way he does business is NOT the way I want to do business.

All I really wanted was an apology but I couldn’t even get that!!!!!!!

Bought a Honda Accord Sport here. My salesman Alex Almodover was patient and polite. After some haggling over price, which is to be expected, I got the deal I wanted. Overall, my interactions with the salesman, sales manager and general manager were all positive. Oh, the finance person was great too!

DO NOT BUY FROM DIAMOND VALLEY HONDA!!

I just wanted to let everyone know not purchase a car from Diamond Valley Honda. Please avoid this dealership. My Mother-in-law a disabled retiree who needs a car that fits within her budget is looking for a car. I found her what I thought was a great deal on truecar.com. I found a 2014 Nissan Sentra advertised by Diamond Valley Honda on Truecar for $11,780.00, which was a great price that fell within her budget. I expressed an interest and emailed the dealership and I received via email from Diamond Valley Honda an email stating,”Your Price Protection Certificate” guaranteeing the price advertised on Truecar. The dealer negated the price gaurantee advertised through TrueCar. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. Poor business practices.

My car buying experience with DVH was not a good one,to start off they ran my credit without my permission and when I brought it up to the sales manager rick welty he said oh well if you want us to reverse it we can part ways,he also told me if I dont buy the car we were looking at someone else will.he could not of cared less if I bought a car from him or not,and after the purchase of the car he did not even bother to thank me for the purchase,how he is the general sales manager I will never know.my salesman was a nice guy but he miss informed us on alot of issues I wont say his name because I don't want to hurt his future sales.then after we get the car home DVH calls me and says I need to come back down and sign a new contract with a higher payment because they gave the lending bank wrong information.as far as all of the five star ratings I truly believe they are fabricated by someone at DCH.do yourself a favor and go to temecula to buy a car.

Routine. Needed service and check various things on car. Arranged for Sat. drop off and Monday pickup because we live in Idyllwild. Ken provided great customer service and all went well.

I purchased my used Honda from the chevy dealership across the street and within two weeks of my purchase i began hearing a squealing noise every time i made left hand turns. Since the car was still under factory warranty i brought it in and had it looked at . within 2 hours the problem was diagnosed and Parts were ordered and the appointment was made to fix the car the next day . I came back the next day and two hours later the problem was all fixed. Since it was under warranty .. there was no cost to me to fix the issue.

came in for regular service because my tire pressure was low and I had missed getting the work done when I got my oil change, due to travel/life. I'm one of your endorsements on your TV commercials, and as I say there, "I like it!" I have had good service with my hybrid, great service with my Fit and I'm just a happy customer.

As always Daniel was awesome. I am so happy that he is back at this location, he always provides outstanding service and with a smile. He takes the time to listen to what I need for my vehicle and writes it up. The best part about Daniel is I trust him. He is honest and doesn't try to sell me something my vehicle does not need. the techs in the back always do a great job as well and the lady at the register is always happy. Thank you Hemet Honda for keeping your employees happy, its clear that they are happy working there and happy employees give great customer service to their customers.

None of the above points apply to my visit. I came in because my oil life indicator told me it was time.

I had an appointment, and was received immediately and processed by Dan in a friendly and efficient way. On this occasion the service time took 1/2 hr. less than the original time estimate, and I was on my way.
