THE WORSE ESTABLISHMENT EVER. My family and I came to this place looking to purchase a used washer, my mother was speaking to the women who was working there who I am assuming is the owners spouse, my mother couldn't understand how to drain her old washer which broke after only 2 years from this place and the OWNER said "she's told you what to do 3 times" my mother replied "It doesn't matter how many times she says it I need to understand how to do it" he YELLED "This is my business don't get smart with me" then proceeds to kick us out, not before I could tell him how unprofessional, rude and disgusting he was being. He got in my face like he was going to hit me and I really waited for him to do so. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE he has been in business for over 30 years and clearly treats low income black people like crap, just read their reviews. Hit him where it hurts, in his pockets, I pray this crappy business gets shut down soon.

Rude, condescending, OLD appliances that may or may not get tested by them before sale. (I once bought a washing machine that when filling must have had backed up sewage that had dried out underneath the drum, as the water had all this gross brown stuff!. Had to fight to get them to exchange it , which they eventually did because I was right.)

Here we are years later and they called me a liar when I mentioned what had happened last time I dealt with them, (after having bought four appliances over the years - this is how they treat return customers).

Somebody else got my $350.00 today. Never again.

We just purchased a new home and could not afford new appliances. We went to three places and ended up here and spoke with Jason. He gave us a great deal on a washer, dryer and stainless steel fridge. He was to the point and pleasant and worked with us on our budget. I will never buy new when I know that I can get a great deal and good service from Jason.
