These folks have been in business for a long time. All of you younger folks need to know that just because a business has people who are not good communicators, doesn't mean they don't know what they are doing. They have aligned 5 of my vehicles, both of my sons go there. These folks are way better than the Merchants/Midas etc.. who have digital alignment. They will tell you the truth - no B.S. I've been going to them for years and have been pleased with their promptness and service on my vehicles.

Wish I could give them a zero guy keeps hanging up the phone trying to say I accused them of braking something when I'm not I just simply wanted a alignment will be making a Facebook page soon to warn people about them take your car anywhere else don't wast your time or give these people money

Horrible customer service, I googled their name and they had the wrong street address under their buisness name on Google.com. I put the address in my GPS and it took me to a residential area in Newport News and the Actual shop is in Hampton. I called the shop back, letting them know where I was and the lady got highly upset for some odd reason saying they have never been around that area and vigorously told me the address without asking and hung up. I finally arrived at the shop thinking something was wrong so I showed the customer service lady on Google.com where it was the wrong address and she still had a mean attitude with me and said that they don't deal with new aged stuff like Google.com and that if they can't fix my simple alignment problem they would charge me a $20 dollar racking few for attempting to fix it. NEVER AGAIN....
