Few weeks ago I had transmission fluid flush, radiator fluid flush, oil change and had throttle body cleaned. By time I drive home my car was making a horrible noise. I just figured it be something that has to wear in. I do t drive car very much just to take dad to his chemo appointments is the furthest I drive. Well it never got better so I decided to call and see if they could check it out. I called and assured it never made that noise before. They was very professional and didn't hesitate to schedule an appointment to come in. Turns out it wasn't anything they did but coincidentally a hub went out. I was kinda upset because now it's more money I have to spend. And it's always the first thing goes through your mind is they just trying to get me for more money. But the service reps talked to me about my problem and the professionalism and A1 services i got from the team is remarkable.

My experience was less than stellar. Had my vehicle there at 7:45 for 8:00 appointment which was for oil change, tire rotation, brake noise and replace a sun roof clip. Added services for coolant flush and trans flush. Received a call at approximately 10 to confirm clip was available for roof and would cost $169. Called to check on vehicle at 4:15 to be told didn't have clip and car not ready until afternoon next day. Also, brakes still have issue. Not good. Either my wife and I have a hearing issue or your technicians are not performing their job to solve the brake issue.
