EASY TRANSPORT

If work for free, call... Straight up they hire many people for a day and then tell them they will pay them under the table and then screw them over and not pay...

The female dispatcher is rude unprofessional and has no business working with the public and on top of that a 15 minute wait ended up being a hour +

In one word, incompetent. This company couldn't find me despite having giving them a street address, a cross street, and the name of the river I was alongside. I ended up having multiple phone discussions with them they still were making excuses. They must have given up looking for me after 90 minutes or so but never called me to let me know they weren't coming! After waiting a total of 2 hours for what should have taken 40 minutes I decided I would have to go with another option.

I never give a 5 stars as there is alway room for improvement. I'd recommend Easy Transport accept credit cards. That's just me. As far as my experience, car was clean, driver was friendly and I got to where I needed safety and on time. To include stopping at the ATM.

Easy transport is awesome! All transportation companies have their share of issue but with Easy transport they are resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. I work for a fortune 500 company located in the Hagerstown area and we entertain guess (vendor, sales, etc…) all the time and I always recommend them for an economically, safe, EASY way to travel while on station.

NEVER EVER ON TIME!!! Never!!! Made me late soooo many times. They can never give you an accurate time of when they will be there. They really suck. I would make a time order the night before and they would still be late. 95% of the time. I wouldn't suggest using them. Very unorganized

We decided to try Easy Transport after a horrible experience two days in a row with Bonnies Transport. Her driver picked my son up and they got a flat tire but then after replacing the cab her driver picked up her friend and took her friend to work before my son causing him to be late for work on his first day on the job. The next day we called just to give them a second chance and they never showed up. We called Easy Transport and they were at my house in 10 minutes. Today we called Easy Transport for a timed order and they were on time and even got my son there ten minutes early!!! Whatever you do...call Easy Transport and stay the heck away from Bonnies Transport. When I tried to complain to Bonnie the owner she was very disrespectful and attacked me verbally on facebook and my friends...very unprofessional. Stick with Easy Transport!!!
