        Overall

        I shop at the dollar general in grove by grand lake casino during the day and i continually am faced with the manager outside smoking by the door. I find this very unprofessional not counting the terrible smell. Not only that but i find her rude and never seems to have a smile on her face. Yesterday 9/9/15 I over heard her complaining to the potato chip guy about her employees. Very unprofessional! So, I will only do my shopping at night when the cashier Rick is on duty. He's very friendly and always has a smile and a warm greating. Thank you

        The manager and staff are the rudest people i will ever meet the manager named robert yelled at me when i asked him a question will be Calling about this

        store people have told me robert use to be the district manager but he stepped down because he hired criminals who would shoplift everything i heard he is going to be let go so i just may shop here again or go to the other stores
