On February 29th, 2016 I placed an order for one Keurig 10099555066248 - Case of 96 Barista Prima Coffeehouse® Decaf Italian Roast K-Cup® Pods and one Keurig 10099555066149 - Case of 96 Barista Prima Coffeehouse® Italian Roast K-Cup® Pods. I received the Keurig 10099555066149 - Case of 96 Barista Prima Coffeehouse® Italian Roast K-Cup® Pods on March 5th or 6th, but I have yet to receive the case of 96 decaf. I have sent them at least 6 or 7 emails and 2 voicemail's over the past month, trying to resolve this issue. I sent the emails to orders@foodservicewarehouse.com and called the number 1-877-877-4379. I left 3 numbers that could be used for them to contact me and I have yet to be contacted. I contacted the BBB for help and they sent FSW an email with my complaint on May 9th, and I still have not heard anything yet. I will NEVER order anything from them again and I would advise anyone to not order from them either. I hope to hear something bc of this bad review.
