Perfection Auto Glass

Absolutely AWFUL. I ordered a windshield replacement on an 86 toyota 4runner the Tuesday after Christmas. I was told the installer would be at the vehicle and working on it around noon and it was about 3 when he was finally there. I had to call over and over to make sure when he was coming because I was not with the vehicle and had to arrange for it to be where it could be worked on. The technician finally answered his phone and had an attitude. I called my boyfriend to go and watch the guy because I had a feeling something was going to go wrong. I was right. While my boyfriend was there he watched as the technician cut into the interior pillar paneling and break it. Literally watched him. I called to tell them the day after new years observation since I was not in the vehicle since it was done until that weekend and they were closed. I just called today (1/5/17) and they lady on the phone said that since it was an old vehicle it had damage. I can guarantee the interior of that vehicle was in like new condition and was not broken (again my boyfriend WATCHED HIM BREAK IT WITH A RAZOR BLADE.) I told her that after talking to the tech that I called my boyfriend to go and watch because I was skeptical about the situation. She said she had known the tech for 30 years and he has never had an attitude ( Nobody knows anybody for more than 5 years without seeing them with attitude so uh lady you're out of your mind.) She then proceeded to laugh at me as I told her over and over again that he did break it. She asked again as if I didn't just answer her question about why I didn't call earlier or why my boyfriend didn't and I told her that I did not get in it until the weekend and he saw the guy do it and even talked to him about it and thought it was going to be personally resolved by the technician. He then came out yesterday (1/4/17) and denied that he even broke it. I feel like a Christmas present to my boyfriend is now going to be a lot bigger and more expensive because their tech was careless and did more damaged than good.
