AAA Greenville

This was so easy, fast and best customer service I have experienced. It is worth having AAA just to renew your license and have the peace of mind when your driving that you have help at the touch of your cell phone. I had the pleasure to be helped by Jennifer Malbaurn who was so nice and helpful. It really means alot to you when there are nice pleasant people on the other side of the counter. Thank you. I am very happy with services from AAA. When I reported a flat tire, they were there in less than 10 minutes (probably atypical, but worked for me)! And I save a bundle when buying movie tickets at my AAA on Putnam Pike in Rhode Island. The customer support reps are nice, too.

The women at the Apple Valley AAA were Amazing. We definitely recommend AAA and this location to others.

I don't need AAA offen, but when I need them they are there for me day or night!

I have been going there for years for all my travel needs but when I need to register my car or get my licence renewed I will always go there normally there are no lines & but if there is they are fast but courteous. All of there services are great I will never go anywhere else if I can help it.

I made an Online inquiry regarding planning a Disney Trip in October and received a call back within minutes. Our phone conversation was confirmed with an email within an hour. Great service and knowledge. Always very helpful with any of my needs.

I went their to re register my Jeep. The service was fast and courteous. I would go their again for all my registry needs.

Around the holidays, went and purchased about 16 gift cards. the representative greeted me and helped me out. The rep could have informed me about the phantom card.

I went to renew my license. Didn't remeber that I needed to fill out the paper work first. So, I was asked to fill out the paper and that had me waiting a little longer because there was only one person waiting on customers. Customer service is a hard job. I worked at a bank for twenty-five years. I understand sometimes this happens. I have never been treated without a smile or without courtesy

I stop in to get Showcase pass and had to wait about 15 minutes with 6 other customer's . One lady in front of us was buying 25 American Express gift cards. I think you should had have more than two representatives help the customer's.

As usual, the service at this AAA office was prompt and courteous. This time it was for a Triptik and regional travel books. This service alone is worth the cost of membership.

I stopped in to renew my license AND registration. It would have taken forever at the DOT (department of terrorism) but I was in and out in 15 minutes flat and that included having my picture taken. Extremely happy with the smiling service...

I stopped in for passport photo. Quick service...was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service...asked if I needed a passport application. Also, rep mentioned how passport renewals were available at post office down the street. I got everything done in one afternoon.

NOT HAPPY!!! I went in to renew my registration and didn't sign it so instead of just giving me a pen the women asked me to go to the side table and sign it which i did and went back to the front of the line , where i was told i had to go back to the end of the line which was 5 deep and she had an attitude about it!!! terrible customer service even the DMV WILL CALL YOU BACK UP .

I stopped in to get some SIX FLAGS discounted tickets and parking pass and left with a smile due to the genuine niceness of the woman who helped me. It was easy, fast and very positive!
