Battleground Tire

Sorry the latest review that was written was intended for the Goodyear Tire Service on Battleground. I could not in good conscious leave this review up for the wrong service. I wrote it under the correct business. I have never visited this company and do not want to ruin its reputation. I might try them after my experience with Goodyear.

Battleground tire has been working on our cars for many years now. I trust them with all of our vehicles and can't imagine going anywhere else. They are GREAT!

I have taken my 1998 Honda Prelude to them a couple of times and they have done a great job. I had the ball joints and two tires replaced. I plan to have them put new tires on my wifes car.

I do not like to bad mouth businesses but the last time I took my car to Battleground tire they were very dodgy. I had something very simple wrong with my vehicle and I even provided the part needed to fix it. They called and told me the part I supplied was broken and then called again saying the something further was wrong with my car. When we confronted them about the amount we owed them and the fact they still had not made my car drivable they asked us to come in and we could *talk about it*. When we arrived, they said my car magically "worked" now and so we paid, took the part we had purchased and left.When I entered my car it absolutely REEKED of cigarette smoke. I do NOT smoke and no one has entered my car in seven years with a cigarette. Needless to say I was absolutely livid, but I kept my mouth shut.Further more when we went to return the part they claimed was broken the cashier laughed and told us we'd been had. The part was in perfect condition.

You have given me a clear understanding of what my van needed "tire wise" and now it is performing better than the tires that can with it from the factory.... The New Road Force balancing program that you have also greatly improved my van's ride... Thanks again for the best customer service I have gotten in the tTriad area...
