It was a random stop because I had my eye on a gold bracelet for my Birthday/Retirement gift. (for myself or we can “say” it was my husband’s idea) I shopped online to get a clue of what I would be interested in and have always wanted a gold bracelet. I wanted to actually “see” the inventory. We have purchased our Wedding / Anniversary rings and bands at Kesslers for quality “guaranteed” jewelry. My husband and I have had poor experiences in the past with our original rings and will never go anywhere “but” Kesslers for “fine,” guaranteed quality and service. We have been married for 30 years. Kesslers has NEVER let us down. We always choose this jeweler first for any special gifts or advice. I was directed to the perfect bracelet by Liz after looking at top of the line “fancy” to something I would wear comfortably everyday. While we were shopping I had my “guaranteed” wedding ring purchase of 15 years prior, cleaned and checked. Lo and behold a stone was loose and “Chelsea” took 20 minutes of her time to repair and polish it immediately. I walked out with my beautiful wedding ring (instead of waiting a week) with confidence and a promise of a new addition to my bragging rights. ( the gold bracelet ) I am NOT exaggerating…..everyday at my place of work I got at least one compliment every other day about the beautiful wedding ring I am wearing. Thank you Kesslers and staff. You have never let us down. I can’t wait to wear my XO bracelet, 14 carat yellow gold to add more attention to my exquisite symbol of our love. Very helpful best experience large selections

My diamond wedding band prongs felt rough, so I stopped at Kessler's to have them take a look. (I remember during COVID stopping at this location with my son to buy an engagement ring for his girl. They were so very kind and helpful, and he got a beautiful ring, I wanted to bring my business to them also.). We were greeted warmly, and whisked in to check out my setting, (which was purchased elsewhere.) We were told my diamond was loose, so the gal brought it to the technician who tighted it up for me. Then the gal polished and cleaned my ring and brought it to me. Of course I was delighted with the service, ready to pay and was told no charge! It is very kind of Kessler's to provide such wonderful customer service. My diamond has been on my finger for 37 years and means the world to me. I also had another ring that needed attention, a sapphire, but since Kessler's doesn't sell colored stones, they gave me a name of a jeweler I could get it looked at. I tell everyone the story of my son and his wonderful experience at Kessler's and now I have my own. I would recommend this store to anyone wholeheartedly!!

Brought my diamond ring in for repair and during the consultation and at pick up, the staff was wonderful! Very warm and welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be a Kessler customer for life!

We came in to get a ring re-sized. It was the easiest and best experience we had all day. Great customer service.

Went in to the Greenfield store to have my wedding rings resized 2 weeks ago. The rings were sent to Germantown where the size was increased flawlessly. The rings were put back into round and the integrity of the interior engraving was maintained. All work done free of charge as Kesslers honored original 16 year old purchase warranty. Brian and Liz did a great job. Outstanding service!!

My fiancé and I went to Kesslers to look at engagement rings together. We sat down with Kris and immediately felt comfortable. She was so kind, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She never made us feel pressured and also didn’t give us any biased opinions, which we appreciated.
