ZERO STARS!!!!!! The owner withheld my receipt so I couldn't get the value of my return within the policy! No wonder they're not a BBB endorsed company; wow! 2014 and business like this still exist!?! Seriously "beware"!!!!

For "home bound senior citizen" ...I was just there today and my reciept says: 1-10 days cash back, 10-30 days in store credit and no returns after 30 days. They also cant be worn outside on hard services. This is standard at any shoe store. I am sure the sales person offered you an in store credit, Many wonderful options to choose from, or wait until the fall line comes out. I have bad feet but they have shoes that work for me! Love the store and the customer service is outstanding !!

Be careful when returning shoes. Extremely short return policy and no exceptions. Homebound senior citizen could not get back to the store within the 10 days allowed for cash refunds and now stuck with $110 pair of shoes she can not wear.
