        Overall

        The wax experience isn't bad, but the girl at the front desk is horrible. Really bad customer service. I feel like I'm walking into a sorority house every time I go here. If you want to be ignored, then given attitude for asking a question - ask for Brooke. Or better yet, find another waxing place.
