I love Sparkling Water not only have they provided a much needed pool supply store in our area but the customer service is wonderful. For anyone needing a great vacation but cant afford one try buying a pool its a wonderful alternative. Thank you Sparking Water for all your wonderful service.

I'm sorry to see Mr Cuvar"s reply. As we all know, there are two sides to every story. We have over 300 customers in our database and serve many additional customers as well. I would safely say that 99% would reply with a positive response. Please don't let one bad apple ruin the whole bunch. We are truly blessed with wonderful customers. My pool is crystal clear this morning, thanks to the ladies at Sparkling Water. I would have never figured on my own that my copper was high . S W Employees really know they're stuff. Thanks again ladies

This place is absolutely terrible. They overcharge for their products, have terrible, customer support, and don't know what they're doing. I've paid them over $3,500 to fix my spa. This was 8 months ago and today the spa still isn't working. I've attempted disputing the charges on the credit card and they've fought them back. They refuse to fix the spa, and refuse to refund the money. I will be taking further action against this company.

After having another person come out they discovered they had wired the new equipment at 120v. The circuit, as with most spas, is 220v. Because the company left the equipment wired incorrectly for so many months all of the equipment is now damaged.

Go to Atlantis in Alton. it's a bit further out, but at least they know what they're doing.
