Thank you Sara for your fantastic job with Simba and making him look so cute every 3 months. Also a big shout out to all the staff. Thank you for always making me feel welcome and being so kind to me.

We think the staff is very friendly and appreciate that you answer the phone promptly. We think the cleanliness of the place and the aeration should be improved.

Its always easy to schedule with Susie. The grooming is done as requested. staff is friendly although I do not interact much with them.

Willow is always professional and does great work. I feel confident leaving Tilly with her for grooming.
