Trash collection nightmare!
-Customer service line is answered by rude teenager, or not answered at all.
-Sometimes, trash haulers empty one trash can while leaving one next to it full.
-Sometimes, they steal/ throw away your trash cans!
-If you cancel service mid-billing cycle, good luck getting your money back! If they actually cut a check, you will be slapped with "processing fees"
-Dishonest, unprofessional, avoid at all costs!

This company is poorly ran and mismanaged. I use to be employed with this company and I would say that they should shut the doors,Customer service issues are ignored by Preston Loos (owner)
