Bubble Cleaners

The dry cleaning service is average, not the worst, not the best. Their prices are inflated and the 20% discount is no mask for prices that are nearly double going rates.

However, I will NEVER use this cleaners again because of the HORRIBLE customer service. The young lady who wears glasses and works the cash register is rude, condescending and belittling. She had me to move my clothes(with no assistance) from one counter to the one closer to her; even though she was on the phone and didn't give me guidance when I arrived. I asked for alterations for some Blazers and she quoted me double the price as when I was there before for the same service. Also, when I asked her to measure the arm of the blazer, she pointed to a measuring tape on the counter and told me that I could do it. Lastly, when I told her that I wasn't feeling comfortable with leaving my clothes because of her attitude; she simply stared at me and offered no response. As I gathered my clothes and walked to the door, she gave a sarcastic, goodbye. Patronize at your own risk but remember, your dollars pay for good customer service too.
