Great guy. Great office staff. Really went to bat for us in a medical malpractice case. Answered all of our questions to our satisfaction (and there were a lot of questions). No amount of money could have been worth what we went through with the doctor and the hospital, but Mr. Collins got us a recovery that we were satisfied enough with to be able to let go and move on with our lives. We'd recommend him to our family and friends, without a doubt.

I contacted this law firm to represent me in a claim against an auto insurance company. I have no complaints. James P. Collins is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. His fees are reasonable. He is good about taking calls when he is in the office and prompt about returning phone calls if he is out. His paralegal, Tonja, is courteous, efficient, and professional. I recommend this firm to anyone who is looking for a lawyer who will be an advocate for you. I was extremely satisfied with the results and I would definitely use them in the future if I need legal representation.

I had a lawyer on a case where a doctor messed up on me, BAD. Spent nearly two years on my case doing NOTHING and decided it was too hard to prove negligence. So, that lawyer dropped the case 3 months before we were supposed to go to trial. I contacted several lawyers who would not touch the case either because they said if one lawyer said there wasn't a case then that was good enough for them, or because it was too close to trial for them to take it. Mr. Collins took the case and we won BIG TIME and he was able to settle it without us having to go to court! Then when the first lawyer found out we won, he tried to double dip into the money we got because he had "put so much time into it and wanted his costs reimbursed" Mr. Collins made sure he shut him down quick and we got to keep what we won without paying that jack@ss a dime! The only reason I gave him 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don't care for doctors or laywers and I think they all get paid too much, but I'd hire Mr. Collins in a heart beat if I ever need one again.

He did a good job for my sister and me for an auto accident when we got rear ended. The insurance company tried to lowball us on the value of my car and wouldn't pay for me to get a rental while I was without a car. Mr. Collins told me to get a reasonable rental and he was able to get the other insurance to pay my money back for the rental, during that hard time. I would of had to take the bus to work. He got a few thousand more dollars from the insurance for my car over what they had offered to me. I'd definitely recommend him if you need a lawyer.
